Introduction:

The MCR120-QPK (Quiet Power) series are heavy-duty liquid-to-air heat exchangers designed to be used with 120mm fans, and specifically engineered for high-end liquid cooled Personal Computers. They are the result of months of research and development focused on optimizing thermal performance and acoustic noise characteristics with low to medium output fans.

The MCR120 -QPK series heat exchangers have been engineered to meet today's PC industry highest thermal loads, quality standards, and low noise requirements at competitive prices.

Single 120mm form factor fits in most modern cases equipped with 120mm fan openings. Built-in 3/8" hose barbs eliminate one joint for improved reliability compared to port and fitting designs. Patent-pending Self purging plenum chambers design: when installed upright or on its side, air cannot accumulate in the plenum chambers. Threaded fan and case mounting holes for quick and repeated installations. Slim form factor 6.2 x 5 x 1.3" (158 x 128 x 34mm) reduces bulk. No oxidation over time (compared to aluminum radiators). Effective 8-15-07 the MCR120-QP radiator is shipped with 1/4" NPSM (compatible 1/4" BSPP and G1/4) threaded hubs instead of 3/8" built-in barbs. This added convenience will allow users to install different barb fittings (3/8" or 1/2").
